Bird Group’s Next Era: New Brands, Airport Hotels, and 2x Growth

Bird Group today announced ambitious growth plans to double its business operations across all key verticals by 2030, driven by aggressive expansion in hospitality, aviation services, food and beverage, and auto retail.

Under its hospitality brand, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, the group aims to double its inventory from approximately 600 to 1,200 rooms by 2030 through a combination of owned assets and strategic management contracts. Recent developments include a 70-year lease agreement for a 12-acre site in Shillong and an upcoming hotel project near Noida International Airport in Jewar. The company is also creating a new value-focused brand to capture the segment between budget and luxury hospitality.

In aviation services, Bird Group maintains a robust presence with ground-handling operations across 18 airports. Meanwhile, its food services division, Bird Foods, plans to expand its network from 25+ existing outlets across 10+ cities to 50 locations by 2028.
